Add to the immorality the irrationality and counterproductivity and you and I are in choir practice together.
Not to dispute you, but I sort of insist on rational conesistency and pragmatic efficacy in national actions first, as one mans morality becomes anothers sin- Not that I am advocating relativism, but reason and fact ALWAYS are correct and clear when investigated, whereas morality and moral action has been debated since before there was a written language... Having said that, I think that a strong case can be made that this war is immoral, and have even argued to that effect.
I sit in fear of the moral consequences that will be placed upon me by this war, a war I rejected. It is very difficult to even breathe in the face of it. These are my acts of killing, in a sense, as a member of a democratic nation with free speach.
