Don't think military action is necessary in Cuba. For one thing, since Cuba was set adrift by the fall of the U.S.S.R., they are not nearly the threat they were back then (sending troops to destabilize other nations, etc.) As far as I know, Castro has largely given up supporting "socialist liberation" movements in other nations...no money.
