I agree that overwhelming and substantial victories are likely outcomes. I believe the overwhelming victory could had been a higher percentage of chance if not for the protesters and the French. As it is now, I would say there is about 50% chance of substantial victory- and "overwhelming" still higher chance than any type of defeat.
