They say a cab driver was killed when he entered a building to make a phone call. Now, surely that will change. There's simply no way you can continue to inject high explosives into a city of several million people without killing innocent bystanders. Such is the nature of war. Still, given the number of bombs and missiles dropped on Baghdad so far, it's a remarkable achievement and a testimony to accuracy. Let's hope this continues, if for no other reason than to make those who were claiming 100,000 civilians would be killed realize just how wrong they were.
