The IP address is 216.34.7.189, which I have traced via the net to what I *think* is the Santa Clara Valley in the US. (other options abound, but beyond my megre abilites and time to discover).
Given it is anti-saddam, I doubt it is Iraqi propaganda.
Given it is anti-Invasion, I doubt it is US propaganda.
Either it is a dissenter with good knowledge of Iraqi politics and infrastructure, or it is an Iraqi renting space on a blogg server in the Santa Clara valley (or at least thats where the door is)
Lets see if he posts after today. That would certainly determine it.
