I wondered if the Iraqi's would pick-up on this technique. First mastered by AlQueda in Afganistan.
This war crime is particularly evil in that it makes it even harder for legitimate surrenderee's to safely do so.
It sounds like Sadam has trained his military in tactics that mirror his own lack of human decency.
Hopefully, war crimes trials will re-establish the precedent that such behavior is completely unnacceptable.
