But I seriously think this one was not.
On the subject of the marine friendly fire tragedy - how the heck could it have gone on for an hour and a half without anyone figuring out what was going on? Didn't they have radios?? I can understand choppers crashing into each other, even shooting off a patriot at a British plane, these are short-term errors and/or accidents. The 90 minute fire fight is going to take a lot of explaining. Tragic no matter what, my heart goes out to all involved.
