Californian residents...here they come again.
California politicians are trying to Kill Prop 13 yet again. Ain't the first time, won't be the last. Nothing has made the Democrats more furious for years than this little bit of legislation that keeps them from taxing our asses off.
The trick has always been trying to word propositions to make it sound like it means something besides "we would really like to tax your ass off." So far they haven't had much luck at this.
But I'll give them this...they never give up trying.
