It's an interesting mix here. I don't think anyone would deny that the conservatives outnumber the liberals, that we are predominantly a North American group, and that you can count the women on one hand and have digits left over.
Our two moderators -- excuse me for speaking for you, gentlemen -- represent a sort of miniature portrait of the Zone: Justin, who runs the place, is in his 20s, conservative, a Virginian (which is both as Southern and as unSouthern as a Southerner can get), and in the military. Robert, who provides a virtual space to be in as well as tech expertise, is, um, older than Justin :), liberal, a Californian, and is an entrepreneur and consultant. And yet, they get along very well. Or they both put up an excellent front. ;)
You won't see me much at the front end of the week, as a rule. I have Story Times up to my eyeballs. This week's themes: "kites" for preschool, "teddy bears" for toddlers. Then the homework crowd hits pretty hard after 3 PM. It's not I'm antisocial or anything.
"Treason", eh? I think I remember that thread...
