I heard it this morning on the continuous MSNBC coverage. Personally, Rivera never got my vote for anything.
The charges, btw, were that he was giving away too much info -- something that could get him shot from either side.
"He was with a (U.S.) military unit in the field and the commander felt that he had compromised operational information by reporting the position and movements of troops," Pentagon spokesman Bryan Whitman told Reuters.
I think both he, and our troops, will be safer with him elsewhere.
