It Is Very Sad
It's tough to know that many of the soldiers we are bombing want to surrender. These are not so different from civilian casualties. Unfortunately our smart bombs aren't smart enough to distinquish willing soldiers from forced soldiers. Let us hope our special forces are smart enough to cull the enforcers from the regular army quickly.
