A response to Buck's citation of Old Military criticism
Just like Old Europe has found itself left behind in the dust of recent history as New Europe forges ahead breaking the bonds of old ideas like socialism and EU lockstep, the Old Military and Old Media cannot comprehend what "geting inside the enemy's decision cycle" is all about.
