They have fired several missiles whose range (as tracked by radar) was well beyond the limits allowed by earlier UNSC resolutions.

As for WMD, there can be several possibilities:

1. They have them but they're waiting for the right time to use them. Not only would the right time be based on the military situation (getting increasingly worse for them), but it has to be based on getting a sufficient concentration of Coalition forces with the right weather conditions. Any use would almost certainly turn even French opinion against them, so there's the political aspect as well.

2. They have them but have not used them because of the threats we've issued to charge the commanders with war crimes or to hit back very hard.

3. They don't have them.

We'll all find out pretty soon which is the most correct answer. Stay tuned.

As for Israel, perhaps they wouldn't be so paranoid if so many weren't out to destroy them.
