Two successful homicide bombings, many more unsuccessful attempts
US Army and Marines have reported that hard-core supporters of Saddam have made numerous bizarre, suicidal attacks on them, but thanks to the vastly superior arms (and training) our forces have blasted those crazy motherf@ckers to hell before they ever got close enough to become a lethal threat. There have been cases of Fadayeen or elite Republican Guards putting explosives on buses or trucks and trying to drive them into our tanks, other cases of Iraqi soldiers even trying to take on a tank with an AK-47 (go figure). Like fleas bouncing off the tough hide of an elephant.
