My guess... these arn't pesticides or WMD...
They are the chemical waste left over from the chemical weapons manufacturing process.
But that's just a guess.
Where the weapons grade stuff went...I don't know...Probably Tikrit...Maybe Syria (I hope not for Syria's sake)
It sounds like we are finding trace amounts of Mustard gas, Sarin, and other agents all over the place.
It could just be that the goods have been moved...But not before they contaminated many areas of Iraq.
