Did Hitler Jail Children Of Political Opponants?

Hitler was a genocidal maniac, and ruthless with dissidents, but I don't recall hearing that even he punished the children of political opponants. He took out his genocidal tendencies even on childran, but Hussein has done that too. Is it possible that Hussein is worse than Hitler in tendencies, but weaker in power?
