I've noticed that if the first character in a post is the < for inserting a hyperlink, the < sign appears on the screen. Usually, the link will work properly, it'll just have that < symbol in it. If you put a few words of text before the beginning of the hyperlink code, this doesn't happen.
Then again, sometimes html just seems to get screwy. This seems to happen a lot when inserting an image. I have no idea why, it just seems to happen for no apparent reason.
