there is no mention of plutonium or especially of weapons grade materials. Don't get a-frothin at the mouth yet. This might quite likely be a site for dirty-bomb manufacture. I agree it is a sign of WMD, probably the best yet... But lets wait and see before we claim its nuke-bomb grade.
