Sounds like they need to move some of the MASH units to Baghdad
As the fighting winds down and the number of American wounded decreases, it seems reasonable to move some of the mobile hospitals to places like Baghdad where there are a lot of wounded. They might move the USS Comfort to an Iraqi port if possible. I've seen it's sister ship, the USS Mercy, in San Diego. It's basically a converted tanker and pretty damned big, so it's possible it wouldn't fit into the harbor. Still, helping the Iraqis is a necessary step towards winning "hearts and minds."
