But it will make for interesting discourse when the debate season roles around in 2004.
Those against the war will hide behind the false morality of pacifism. Those who were for the war hopefully will have the courage to point out that such pacifism is by definition immoral.
The left seems to have adopted a "all wars are immoral" attitude. But the incosistencies in this position are glaring, and will be fair gaim in the next election.
