Income from dividends should be taxed as pension income?

Don't wave that equal protection flag without fully applying it. In addition, All lawyers should be government employees with fixed salaries if you really want to fully impliment that. The best lawyers shouldn't be able to charge large fees so only the rich can afford them.

Go back to my earlier posts for why that equal protection comment is absurd with regard to policies designed to concentrate wealth.

Again I believe in a distribution of income but only one that is earned by performance and contribution not due to inherited or protected status.
