Its still pretty speculative. Could be the tip of an iceberg, or just the ravings of a former regimist attempting to curry favor with his liberators. At this point all we have is one anonymous individual making claims that have yet to be confirmed, shared by a reporter who has only small pieces of the story.

We shall see where this leads.
