After reading the article, it suggests that Saddam Hussein did, in fact, destroy his stocks of anthrax produced prior to the first Gulf War. It also sounds like any stocks that were not possibly destroyed were never weaponized and would have degraded long ago. This guy is not providing evidence that Iraq still had large stores of the stuff. The majority of his information comes from before 1989.
