You obtusely miss the point. In our society such acts are castigated by the press, the govt and by a vast majority of clerics, not that I am a proponent of Christian clerics.
But in the Islamic world the vast majority of govts and especially clerics either encourage acts of violence or at best remain silent. There are a few exceptions.
