A caller on O'Reilly's radio show last night, who said she's an ex-military intel analyst, said that after the first Gulf War it took some 18 months to find conclusive evidence that Iraq still had WMD.
Granted, that's a terrible citation, and if I weren't at work right now I would try to verify it before posting.
However, if it's true it might be something to keep firmly in mind for the next while.
