Nothing that unusual for England or Europe, which tend to be run by people who think that every aspect of your existence should be controlled by the State, but this is the interesting part:

The U.N. is just chock-full of bright ideas like this to control the lives of everyone on the planet. The main reason the U.S. turns down various "treaties" and "agreements" out of the U.N. is because without exception, each of them has at least a couple of goodies like this squatting in the fine print.
