Only one
A friend and I went to Grimes lake 2 years ago for opening day. We got tired of being beaten by the wind (white caps) and put into to a rocky shore for awhile. Had to climb the rocks down the shore to get a place to cast.
After about 10mins I look down and see a small rattlesnake at my friends feet. It was slowly slithering back into the rocks so I didn't say anything to my buddy until afterwords so he didn't jump.
That's thing about rattlesnakes, if you look for them you don't find them. You usually just run into them.
