Re: Terror Groups May Be Planning New Attacks

I hate to point out the obvious, but it is likely that terrorist groups have been "planning new attacks" 24/7 since September 11th. The key has been preventing them from doing it by kicking their sorry asses physically and financially. They may get lucky. They haven't so far. And I think the security folks around the world from many countries deserve a lot of credit for it.
