Note the "The trailer was found on April 19 in northern Iraq and will soon be taken apart and minutely examined in Baghdad, Cambone told a Pentagon briefing."
It's seems to be taking quite some time before what is found is being confirmed- and they are still in the process of confirming the find.
I think we are going to get more evidence of the Iraqi WMD- it's like the war, it takes a little more time than instantaneously.
(Btw, first I heard of this was couple days ago- Fox News had some offical mentioning it.)
