Not quite sure I understand...

<...a perfect mock-up of the Knesset, the Israeli Parliament, as well as mock-ups of downtown Jerusalem and official Israeli buildings in very fine detail. They also collected a satellite picture of Dimona, Israel's nuclear complex, and a female mannequin dressed in an Israeli Air Force uniform, standing in front of a list of Israeli officers' ranks and insignia.

Unless these were just valuable collector's items purchased on e-bay, it is extremely difficult to interpret this collection as anything other than tools designed to aid in doing something nasty to Israel.

no "evidence of direct Iraqi links to terror attacks on Israel"

If you want to slide through the loophole that this evidence does not by itself indicate that Iraq was involved in any actual completed attacks on Israel, I would have to concur. So?

If a search warrant in someone's house uncovers detailed plans for a bank vault, a store of high explosives, tickets to Brazil, and a bank guard's uniform, one might be able to accurately say that there was nothing there that linked that person to any previously committed robberies.

A guy they hauled in a while back around here was caught with dozens of pipe bombs and a plan to blow up De Anza College. There was nothing to link him to any previous acts of terrorism. So?

I interpret this collection of items as indicated that Iraq presented a real and present terrorism danger to Israel. If that's not enough to satisfy people that it's a damn good thing Saddam is gone, so be it.
