WIshful thinking propaganda
I doubt that Mr. bin Qais has the substance to back the rhetoric. This kind of communique has two purposes:
1. To make Americans feel less secure; and,
2. To solicit new recruits to the "cause" who are led to believe their enlistment can actually make a difference.
Acts of terrorism are the ultimate admission of failure. They are acts of desperation for a cause that is already lost.
