The Republicans should just redraw the map...
Forget the Quorum. Then let the Democrats try to fight it out in court...
They could submit a competeing set of districts and let the courts decide which is valid. of course how would they explain that they developed their district map while sititng in Oklahoma to avoid a vote on the true set of districts.
Given the Republican majority, I would think that the outcome in the courts might swing the way of the Republicans...
