<Failure to secure mass graves, stop looting major U.S. errors

MY COMMENT: "...as it did in Bosnia," indeed. As it did in Bosnia under the Clinton administration. Perhaps Mr. Bush, after using Mr. Clinton's military, should dust off Mr. Clinton's nation building plans as well.

Boast of al-Qaida decimation premature

KEY QUOTE: "We've had our regime change in the Middle East. Now al-Qaida terrorists want theirs...Busy chasing off Saddam, the president and vice president had told us that al-Qaida was spent...'Al-Qaida is on the run," President Bush said earlier this month. "That group of terrorists who attacked our country is slowly but surely being decimated. They're not a problem anymore.'"

MY COMMENT: Not only did Mr. Bush exaggerate claims about Iraqi WMD's, but he also exaggerated claims about the progress of the war against terrorism.
