This smacks of panicy, stopgap, protect our asses thinking, not systematic problem solving
It "proves" nothing as any demo is only empirical
The root cause is the STS itself. We cannot rely on a STS that cannot be recycled rapidly without another vehicle able to be launched in days in case of a "marooned" type accident
