Initiation of threads remains imposable on 'Space' despite browser security/FW settings (Spews the multi-page status dump shown in another post [down yonder]) - Interestingly, and, I hope, helpfully - Re: the post composition screen - the "screen title" reads:

As OPPOSED to the expected:
Start a new thread on 'space'
Moreover, direct access to 'Space' generates the following flag status annunciation (in an otherwise blank screen):
MSIE5Plus=False
