That she worked her ass off on the book is not arguable. I was there, and I think she did her best to understand the technical and other details of the industry despite her lack of grounding in it. I think that she was just the wrong person for the job. She really had no idea what drives people like us, and ended up putting us in the same mental category as cult members.

Note that the good reviews tend to be by people who know nothing about the industry, while the bad ones were from those with a space background, or those who actually worked there.
