re: Amalthea and companions
It seems likely that ALL the moons of the outer planets have assorted junk floating in various orbits around them. Is this the first time Galileo has actually looked for this sort of thing?
Or maybe it's just a load of alien space probes observing the huge black slab stuck in Amalthea's crust. ;)
