A lesson for us all

It seems that Delbert's IMG tags used "fancy" quotes (the kind that tilt left or right to prettily bracket text; e.g. '“' instead of '"'). Fancy quotes will not work! They're not the regular straight quotes. This probably came about from using a word processor to compose messages, which is reasonable if you want to run the word processor's spell checker. The gotcha is that word processors routinely "improve" your text by doing things like substituting "fancy" quotes for straight quotes.

You'll need to turn off that option if you compose messages in a word processor. If you're using Microsoft Word, you'd go to the Tools menu and select AutoCorrect. When the dialog box comes up, select the "AutoFormat as you type" tab, and unselect the "'straight quotes' with 'smart quotes'" option.
