Hmm, actually I would say weather is getting colder- reading it as a trend.
But it is false to say opinion of America after the war is lower- it's bounced back from steep drop during the war. And I think it's a good bet that it would generally go higher in next month.
What does it mean? It seems to me to mean they quite fickle or perhaps it depends on what kind of questions are being asked.
But I will say I was fooled by the media- the impressive I got was that world opinion is *generally* unfavorable to the US. And Canadians probably like us better than their own govt:)
And it seems that the world public is generally against the idea of war- that seems like good news to me.
