Is there really a market for private satellite-launchers?

Beal, Kistler, Traux's project, etc...

The 'private' satellite-launcher projects they worked on are either dead, bankrupt, or 'indefinitely' put-on-hold.

Unless you're Boeing; Sealaunch, Inc; Orbital Sciences, Inc;
or Lockheed you appear to be plumb out of luck as far as developing,
building and offering a satellite-launcher for business in NA.

Let's look at the market! [My satellite categories are arbitrary].

NANOSATELLITES [10Ibs or lighter]. Is their a viable market for these outside of some university/college nanosatellites seeking a launcher?

MICROSATELLITES [10Ibs - 100Ibs] With the exception of some
small-budget Pentagon microsatellites, and a few from corporations
and science institutions, is their really a profitable satellite-launching market for these?

LIGHT-WEIGHT SATELLITES [100Ibs - 1,000Ibs] Orbital Sciences, Inc.
appears to have this market cornered with it's Pegasus and Taurus
launchers.

MEDIUM-WEIGHT SATELLITES [1,000Ibs -10,000Ibs] Delta-3 launchers
and Russian Soyuz rockets cover this market very well.

HEAVY-WEIGHT SATELLITES [10,000Ib and up] Proton, Ariane-5,
Delta-4 and Atlas-5....Need I say more?

So where's the market for 'private' satellite-launcher projects
on the drawing-board or CAD files?
