Who still uses hydrogen in weather balloons? Who the hell brings along a portable hydrogen factory to fill weather balloons instead of hauling gas bottles out from a central facility like everybody else on the planet does? Even real portable hydrogen generators are just calcium hydride cannisters that are immersed in water.
