bug report opn off-topic`
I was just at off topic. I opened a message, then pushed Table of contents from inside the message. What resulted was weird. I got the navigation buttons on the left with the nebula graphic. Then inside the TOC frame I had another navigation bar without the graphics (just links) then just to the right of that I had the TOC.
