Dave Chorley and Doug Bower
Dave Chorley passed away from cancer in 1996. Doug Bower is now about 78 years of age, if he is still with us. Of course, the torch has been passed on and there is a whole new and younger crew of Circlemakers out there now making some marvelously complex creations.
Its amazing to me that anyone would think these works of art come from anything but human ingenuity, motivated by sharing good company and multiple pints of Guiness in the pubs of Avebury after the work is finished.
