We will not allow our nationals to be harrassed by governments and/or quasi governments half a world away. Wasn't that Jefferson that set that Precedent? Its been the Precedent for almost 200 years now. Why do you refuse to recognize that other Presidents have taken such "pre-emtive" action in the Past?
