"12 O'Clock High"
Peck did many fine movies, but "12 O'Clock High" is my favorite. Not only is it a good movie in its own right (lots of good B-17 footage including a great deal of actual combat footage shot during the war), but the Air Force used it as a training device to discuss leadership issues when I went through Officer Training School in 1985.
