Don is simply repeating 'coverup', 'quagmire', 'grand conspiracy' words and ideas over and over and over and over hoping that repetition will make it so.
He is failing because the left is so obviously wanting it all ways: First the left beat the 'Bush is an idiot' drum until it busted. Then they beat the economy drum until it busted. Then they blocked the Senate from doing anything until that busted.
Now Don is seemingly desperate to join this band.
