The great museum looting that now is proven to be utter fabrication, a la the NYT's famous Blair, is a perfect example of a serious mental problem, Leftist Memory Loss Syndrome, or LMLS. How many posts here were used to show the evil weakness of the wicked Bush plan, using the museum looting as the prime example.
Now it turns out that the museums were empty....because the Iraqi workers did what any one with wit would do: they secured their stuff before the war started.
Only witless leftists would not think to check on that.
And only sufferers of LMLS would not be able to remember the big deal they made of the problem.
And next we will see the end-stage of LMLS: the ability to ignore evidence of WMDs when they are found.
The goal of the dems big lie campaign against Bush and the USA is clear: to teach their supporters to ignore evidence.
This is similar to ufoologists ability to continue to believe in ufos even in the face of years and years of evidence that ufos-as-aliens is a hoax.
In other words, LMLS is actually a basis for a new religious movement, with Bush as Satan.
What a joke this is turning out to be.
