re: Exiled

I saw a report on the french TV about Iraq. An Iraqi exiled who's been living in France for the past 32 years came back.
At the Syrian-Iraq border, he wept of emotion and joy of finally beeing back. Then we went to look for his mother and brothers and sisters in Baghdad. He found them and everybody was very emotional and happy. In the car, going to visit his school or old friends, they's off and on cross US army vehicles.
He's thankful to the coalition troops for having overtheown Saddam but he wants them out now and wants his own people to take care of their future.
There's an ambivalent feeling about the situation: thank you and good bye.
It will depend on how long which side wants the US to stay in Iraq.
