No wonder those articles are from british papers. Meanwhile, Poland and the Tcech republic voted in favor of joining the EU, while the UK refuses to choose between the EU or the US and those hundreds of millions of european customers with a single currency.
BTW, this constitution will be submitted to vote during the next european elections.
