My solution wouldn't work on the predators or mischief makers of the world, but it would on the vast majority of porn sites. Most of these sites are free, and don't require a credit card or any other form of Identification so they are easily accessible to anyone with an internet connection. But even with that being the case, they are ran by people with no ill intent who are just wanting to show what many adults would like to see. If a fool proof way (and mine's about as close as you could get I think) could be created to keep their sites out of the reach of children, without stepping on their own rights, they would most likely go along with it 100%. As for the people who seem to enjoy targeting children, this idea wouldn't work, but it would go a long way in getting the harmless porn peddlers out of the way and let the parents and whomever else concentrate on these pervs.
